Imagine Just One Thing

IMAGINE JUST ONE THING…
What would yours be ?
And would you only be able to imagine one thing?

If you had to believe in just one thing,
and one thing only even if you knew it was imaginary;
what would you believe in?  
Mind you  it must be something in which you have no personal gain in like Christmas or Easter or other such things.

So I  began to make a random list of things said do not to exist
Horses with wings and or a horn
Fairies and leprechauns’  
Garden gnomes,  
Spirits of the forest,
The list of items to believe in grew faster than I could write them down so I paused

Now thinking if I could just come up with one thing that is currently imaginary
I would want to imagine that … and the list poured from my very soul.
That here was a cure for cancer,  and other ailments
That the hungry were fed,
That the cold were sheltered
That people who wanted to work had jobs
That people were better to one and other
And people respected our world and environment
Natural resources and animals preservation among all counties priorities
And….that there was no war.  

You see where my mind has wondered to.
A place of  unfilled promises,
Fantasy is better because it offers an escape of the ordinary.
In a perfect world
These should not be things to only be imagined but should be imagined every day.

Practice random acts of kindness everyday…you never know who’s life you will change or how that they may change yours.
